Location: BKC, Mumbai (Full-time, in-office)
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹ 25,000/- Per Month
Potential for Full-Time Conversion: High-performing interns may be offered full-time positions
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers to define requirements, draft PRDs/BRDs, and track feature lifecycles
Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and gaps
Work with technology, design, and business teams to deliver seamless product features
Build dashboards and analyze data to evaluate adoption, engagement, and performance
Support merchant onboarding and streamline customer journeys
Collect feedback from clients, ERPs, and internal stakeholders to drive product improvements
Participate in user research with parents, students, and institutions
Prepare product documentation, training materials, and client communication for GTM initiatives
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a plus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for product management, fintech, or SaaS
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Hiring Process
Assessment for shortlisted students (if applicable): Candidates may be required to complete a short case study or assignment.
Evaluation & Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will go through product/technical and HR interviews.
Final Selection: Selected candidates will begin their internships, with the possibility of transitioning into full-time roles.
Certification: All interns who successfully complete the internship will receive an official certificate.
