About the Role



We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our product team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with an engineering background who want to transition into product management and contribute to building scalable, user-focused solutions.


As an APM, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements, extract insights from data, and evaluate features that improve the customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

Support the product team in creating and maintaining product playbooks, documentation, and workflows.
Assist in defining product requirements by gathering user feedback, conducting competitive analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to evaluation and prioritization of features and product enhancements.
Partner with engineering and design to ensure smooth product development cycles.
Monitor product performance through analytics and user research, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Drive execution on smaller product initiatives end-to-end under guidance from senior product managers.


What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any branch)
0–4 years of work experience (internships / full-time) in product, consulting, analytics, engineering, or related domains.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to work on ambiguous problems.
Familiarity with tools like SQL, Excel/Sheets, Jira, Figma, or analytics platforms is a plus.
