About the Role

Looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to build intelligent, data-driven

enterprise SaaS products. In this role, you will define, develop, and deliver solutions that help

businesses unlock insights and drive better decisions using AI-powered analytics. If you

have a passion for solving complex problems, working with cutting-edge technology, and

scaling innovative products, this is the role for you.



Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive the development of AI/GenAI-powered analytics solutions, identifying customer needs and market opportunities.
Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
Develop user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate product vision and workflows.
Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
Define and track success metrics to measure product performance and adoption.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies.
Actively gather and prioritize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry trends to enhance product capabilities.


WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE

3-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise analytics, or AI-driven products.
Prior experience working on Retail & Merchandising with exposure to Retail Space Planning, Planogram Management, Floor Planning, Visual Merchandising, Category Management, Store Layout Optimization, Shelf Space Allocation, Store Operations, Retail Analytics & Space-to-Sales Analysis
Product Management Skills requireds - SaaS Product Management, Product Discovery, User Story Writing, B2B Product Workflow design & UX for Enterprise SaaS
Hands-on experience writing user stories, defining product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong technical acumen – you understand software development processes and have a deep appreciation for how AI models and data pipelines work.
Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable navigating ambiguity, making data-driven decisions, and driving product initiatives independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A keen eye for usability, intuitive design, and seamless workflows.
Tier-1 STEM undergraduate degree preferred. MBA is not mandatory.
