Job Description: Associate Product Manager - MoveInSync

employee commute. MoveInSync One is the high growth business for MoveInSync. It also presents
opportunities for MoveInSync to cross-utilize and optimize for scale that wouldn’t have been possible at
an individual corporate level.

Position Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic Associate Product Manager for the MoveInSync team. The selected candidates
can be assigned to work in any of the product areas of MoveInSync ION or MoveInSync One.
Responsibilities:
Sprint Payload Planning: Prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication with
stakeholders are key aspects of this role.
Quality of Grooming: Creating Functional Specifications, interacting with engineering teams, producing
high-quality outputs, and conducting thorough test case reviews.
Product Success: The successful candidate will take ownership of modules, drive adoption, bring client
requests to logical closure, excel in scoping (creating MVPs with fast outcomes and limited complexity),
and serve as a conduit for Product Issue resolution.
Stakeholder Communication: This role involves effective communication with engineering and business
stakeholders, including customer success, support, and end-users. Responsibilities encompass release
communication, grievance redressal, training for new features, and obtaining sign-off on solution
documentation and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Strong communication skills and
collaboration with various stakeholders are crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills including verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess complex business processes, and identify problems, and
areas of improvement.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Business sense to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Self-motivated and adaptable.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time work from office role based at our Bengaluru, HSR Layout office.
