About the Role
Park+ is India’s largest community of 15 million+ car owners. We are building the super app for car
users, solving everyday problems of car ownership, and bringing delight to the experience. Our
technology-led solutions span parking, FASTag, and access control in malls, corporate parks, and
apartments. Park+ enables users to discover, book, and pay for parking across India.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration & Reporting: Report and collaborate with the product development team on key
metrics and product performance.
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze product data, including web analytics, statistics, and
consumer trends, to drive product decisions.
Technical Communication: Understand, read, and communicate technical information
effectively with cross-functional teams.
Cross-functional coordination: Work closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to
ensure seamless execution.
Problem-solving: Suggest and implement fixes to complex product issues based on analysis and
impact.
Product Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to existing product features.
Production Support: Provide timely support for resolving production issues.
Technical Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting product-related technical
issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role; B2C & Motor Insurance experience preferred.
Product Insight: Strong ability to analyze industry trends and suggest product improvements.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shell/UNIX commands, MySQL/SQL, and Linux
OS.
Incident Management: Familiarity with incident handling and escalation processes.
Tools: Experience with project management tools like Confluence and JIRA.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
