About the Role
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
What you’ll do:
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Design, Marketing) to uncover customer needs and market opportunities.
Translate insights into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), workflows, and wireframes.
Drive delivery as a Product Owner within Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring timely rollout of impactful features.
Enable product adoption through go-to-market strategies, feature launches, and customer engagement.
Define and track key product metrics to measure success and continuously improve.
What they’re looking for:
3–5 years of Product Management experience with a FinTech or marketplace background.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Lucidchart, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating customer-centric solutions.
Curiosity, agility, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
